Hi there! My name is Alex Reichenbach and I am entering my third year as a Health & Physical Education teacher at Glenville-Emmons. I am very excited to be a part of the Wolverine/Knights community and look forward to contributing in a variety of ways, not just as a teacher, but as a fan, coach, and official.

A little about me: I am from Arlington, Minnesota, and graduated as a Sibley East Wolverine (sweet mascot, right?). In high school, I was a 3-sport athlete, playing baseball, basketball, and football. In addition to my time spent in athletics, I was a member of DECA Quiz Bowl and Knowledge Bowl teams that finished 1st and 3rd in the state tournament.
Currently, I spend my summers working as an Area Manager (South Region) for Skyhawks Sports Academy, a company that runs sports camps in the Twin Cities for kids aged 4-14 who want to try sports like soccer, basketball, flag football, lacrosse, volleyball, baseball, and golf for the first time, without making a huge investment in buying equipment. It's a very rewarding position and allows me to continue to my passion of working with kids over break! Skyhawks Minnesota

I also completed my 4th season as the manager of my hometown Arlington A's, the 5-time Minnesota Baseball Association State Champs! Baseball is something of an obsession in Arlington, which is the only town in the entire state of Minnesota with a water tower painted like a baseball!
