In class we have three very simple, basic rules to follow: 1. Listening Ears 2. Gentle Hands 3. Kind Words Listening Ears - Show that you are listening when a teacher or student is talking. This includes sitting/standing still, a quiet mouth, and eye contact. Gentle Hands - Use gentle hands with our toys, materials, and friends. This includes appropriate play with toys and materials, and keeping our hands to ourselves. Kind Words - Speak kind words to teachers and classmates. This includes using our words when frustrated or upset, and when we want something. |
